Short Bio: An MBA graduate from Les Roches Crans-Montana Global Hospitality, Cristhian has over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry working with various high-profile and 5-star hotels in Middle East, North America, South and Central America. Her main area of expertise is Quality Management and Process Improvement, helping hotels improve operational performance and guest experience. Past engagements include: Quality Circles implementation, 5S deployment, EFQM assessments, as well as integration projects.
